To whom it may concern,

    I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a pleasure it’s been dealing with Susie Johannes in our search for a vacation home. My wife and I decided to starting looking for a vacation home in the Lake Havasu area sometime in December last year. I’ve known Susie for over 6 years so asked that she take a look at the market and see what was out there within our budget. Susie quickly got back to me and through a series of questions, set up a profile of the type of property we were looking for.

     Since I live out of state I was fearful that there would be a lag in communication and the ability to respond in a timely manner. To my surprise, Susie found quite a few listings and set up a “listing cart” of which I had never seen before. She started immediately posting the listings that fit our profile and would email me an invitation to view them on-line. Her search has been exhaustive and thorough with new listing being posted every several days. She stayed close and followed up via emails and phone calls.

     The “listing cart” is such an awesome tool! I can view the property specs on line and most of the normal questions I would have are answered within the property profile. A virtual tour is available for viewing on-line and has saved me time and energy beyond belief. We have been able to discuss potential properties and the characteristics prior to going out to do the physical inspection.

     Susie’s professionalism and commitment did not stop there. She has focused on her ability to service her customers in every aspect and when it came to financing, she was able to bring all the necessary tools to the table. Her loan and financing background were brought into play as I own a direct mail advertising business and my income is “stated”. Several of the financial companies I deal with in California, including my credit union, did not want to entertained to prospect of financing an out-of-state property with the current market crisis. I was forced to search for a financial institution licensed in the state of Arizona. Again came Susie to my aide! She has been able to coordinate any and all aspects of financing the property.

My gratitude and appreciation for Susie and all the hard work she has done cannot be expressed enough. The time, energy, and headache of searching for our dream vacation home has been turned into a fun and enjoyable experience for both my wife and I.
