I will set you up with a listing cart, so that you will be informed on new listings as soon as they become available.  I will research the properties that you like, in order to find any possible problems or issues that may affect you making that purchase. 

I will do a Competitive Market Analysis for the property that you are interested in, making certain that it is at the correct pricing for the area. 

I will help you decide on an amount to offer on your chosen property, and present that offer on your behalf to the seller's agent and to the seller.  I will negotiate in your behalf to obtain the property you want while making sure that your best interests are looked after. 

After the offer is accepted, I will schedule and help to schedule the professional inspections that will need to be done (termite inspector, home inspector, etc.). I will disclose any information to you that may perhaps impact your purchase.
